How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, our delivery time is around 5 days.
If you have not received your order within this period, please email us at contact@nuviana.com.

Where do you deliver and what are the shipping costs?

We deliver our products worldwide, and shipping is free.

Who delivers my item?

Your items are delivered by your local postal service.

What happens if no one is home?

No worries! If your items are small enough, they will be placed directly in your mailbox.
Otherwise, your parcel will be left at your local post office, where you can collect it.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

No problem! If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to update your information.
However, according to our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no changes can be made.

Is your website secure?

The website you are visiting is hosted on an HTTPS server (the small green padlock to the left of the URL is proof of this).
Most websites secure only their “checkout” and payment pages, but on our site, all pages are fully secured and cannot be hacked or infected by malware.
For payments, we use Stripe and PayPal, which are industry leaders in online transaction security.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can currently pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay.

What if I’m not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% satisfaction or money-back guarantee.
If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 60 days of receiving it, and we’ll refund the full price of the item as soon as it arrives back to us.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You must also send us the proof of postage by email as confirmation of return.
